Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you otherwise wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition (not used or tested) for a refund within 30 working days from delivery. If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to us.

In order to return any product to us, please use the returns section, this can be found upon logging in, reply to any transactional email you have received from us or you can contact us here

We do not include any information or return labels with orders as we send electronic communications via email and on our website, this is to save paper wastage and the environment.

It can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund back to your payment method. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or reward points, this will be credited back to your account.

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
